Recherche Waters Development Esperance

To fulfill Esperance’s housing demands and choice and to create opportunities for residential waterway development, tourism accommodation and recreational demand, urbanplan compiled supporting documentation for a submission on the Shire’s Local Planning Strategy followed by a Scheme Amendment and a request to the EPA for Section 16 (c) advice. This comprised a comprehensive research on local economy, housing demand, environmental considerations of the Bandy Creek locality, site analysis and design of a Concept Plan illustrating the waterway estate.
