In 2009, <strong>urbanplan<\/strong> received Awards for Excellence from PIA and UDIA for the residential subdivision of Januburu Six Seasons in the categories of Social and Community Based Planning and Sustainable Urban Development respectively. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2020 <strong>urbanplan<\/strong> achieved a PIA Award for Excellence for Ooraminna Oaks in the category of The Hard Won Victory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2022 saw urbanplan achieve another Planning Institute award for excellence for the City of Busselton Coastal Adaptation Strategy under the category of climate Change and Resilience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ian has over 40 years of experience in planning; specialising in land development and urban design principles applied to the industry.
