The best yardstick for measuring capability is found in the outcomes achieved as highlighted in Planning Awards for Excellence in 2004, 2009, 2020 and 2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2004 and 2006, Ian Brashaw, on behalf of a team of consultants, received Awards for Excellence from PIA and UDIA for applied innovation in sustainable development for the C-Air medium density development. In 2009, urbanplan<\/strong> received Awards for Excellence from PIA and UDIA for the residential subdivision of Januburu Six Seasons in the categories of Social and Community Based Planning and Sustainable Urban Development respectively. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2020 urbanplan<\/strong> achieved a PIA Award for Excellence for Ooraminna Oaks in the category of The Hard Won Victory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2022 saw urbanplan achieve another Planning Institute award for excellence for the City of Busselton Coastal Adaptation Strategy under the category of climate Change and Resilience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ian has over 40 years of experience in planning; specialising in land development and urban design principles applied to the industry. Ian\u2019s extensive practical experience and expertise are unsurpassed when it comes to assessing workable and marketable solutions in land development.
