Structure planning and subdivision design for 250
residential lots at Lakeside estate adjacent Lilly Creek
Lagoon. This project comprised design and documents
to support a Local Structure Plan, Scheme Amendment
and a seven staged Subdivision approval. A key
component was the analysis of subtropical climatic
conditions to inform the subdivisional layout and
recommendations on housing design.
